Tips Menghadapi PKL / Prakerin Agar Bermanfaat
Sebelum mengikuti proses Prakerin / PKL, sebaiknya Anda selalu menentukan target: apa yang ingin Anda ketahui atau kuasai, pengalaman apa saja yang bisa Anda peroleh, berapa lama Anda akan mengikuti Prakerin/ PKL, dan lain-lain. Jika Anda berkesempatan memilih tempat Prekerin / PKL, pertimbangkan dengan baik agar Anda memperoleh manfaat yang optimal dari proses tersebut. Bicarakan detil pekerjaan dengan supervisor Anda dan kemukakan hal-hal apa saja yang ingin Anda peroleh.
Berikut adalah sikap yang patut Anda pertimbangkan selama mengikuti Prakerin / PKL:
1. Ingat, Anda lah yang membutuhkan Prakerin, bukan perusahaan tempat Anda Prakerin.
Oleh karena itu, pergunakan kesempatan yang diberikan sebaik-baiknya dan bertanggung jawab lah terhadap tugas-tugas yang diberikan. Jangan sekali-kali Anda menganggap bahwa tanggung jawab Anda lebih rendah daripada karyawan lainnya.
2. Berinisiatif.
Jangan pernah berpikir bahwa orang lain akan dengan sukarela mengajari Anda. Upayakan untuk aktif bertanya dan mempelajari hal-hal yang masih baru bagi Anda.
3. Membangun jaringan.
Kesempatan Prakerin juga dapat Anda pergunakan untuk menambah relasi dan berkenalan dengan orang-orang yang mungkin nantinya dapat membantu Anda. Oleh karena itu, usahakan bergaul dengan sebanyak mungkin orang.
4. Temukan polanya.
Apa yang Anda lakukan selama magang mungkin hanya secuil dari keseluruhan dinamika perusahaan tempat Anda bekerja. Jangan pernah puas dengan hal tersebut, tetapi berusahalah untuk memperoleh “gambaran besar”-nya. Kenali bisnisnya dan budaya perusahaan tersebut.

Ingatkan dirimu bahwa kamu sudah siap sedia dan akan mengerjakan ujian dengan baik. - Bersantailah tapi waspada.
Pilihlah kursi atau tempat yang nyaman untuk mengerjakan ujian. Pastikan kamu mendapatkan tempat yang cukup untuk mengerjakannya. Pertahankan posisi duduk tegak. - Preview soal-soal ujianmu dulu (bila ujian memiliki waktu tidak terbatas)
Luangkan 10% dari keseluruhan waktu ujian untuk membaca soal-soal ujian secara mendalam, tandai kata-kata kunci dan putuskan berapa waktu yang diperlukan untuk menjawab masing-masing soal. Rencanakan untuk mengerjakan soal yang mudah dulu, baru soal yang tersulit. Ketika kamu membaca soal-soal, catat juga ide-ide yang muncul yang akan digunakan sebagai jawaban. - Jawab soal-soal ujian secara strategis.
Mulai dengan menjawab pertanyaan mudah yang kamu ketahui, kemudian dengan soal-soal yang memiliki nilai tertinggi. Pertanyaan terakhir yang seharusnya kamu kerjakan adalah:- soal paling sulit
- yang membutuhkan waktu lama untuk menulis jawabannya
- memiliki nilai terkecil
- Ketika mengerjakan soal-soal pilihan ganda, ketahuilah jawaban yang harus dipilih/ditebak.
Mula-mulai, abaikan jawaban yang kamu tahu salah. Tebaklah selalu suatu pilihan jawaban ketika tidak ada hukuman pengurangan nilai, atau ketika tidak ada pilihan jawaban yang dapat kamu abaikan. Jangan menebak suatu pilihan jawaban ketika kamu tidak mengetahui secara pasti dan ketika hukuman pengurangan nilai digunakan. Karena pilihan pertama akan jawabanmu biasanya benar, jangan menggantinya kecuali bila kamu yakin akan koreksi yang kamu lakukan. - Ketika mengerjakan soal ujian esai, pikirkan dulu jawabannya sebelum menulis.
Buat kerangka jawaban singkat untuk esai dengan mencatat dulu beberapa ide yang ingin kamu tulis. Kemudian nomori ide-ide tersebut untuk mengurutkan mana yang hendak kamu diskusikan dulu. - Ketika mengerjakan soal ujian esai, jawab langsung poin utamanya.
Tulis kalimat pokokmu pada kalimat pertama. Gunakan paragraf pertama sebagai overview esaimu. Gunakan paragraf-paragraf selanjutnya untuk mendiskusikan poin-poin utama secara mendetil. Dukung poinmu dengan informasi spesifik, contoh, atau kutipan dari bacaan atau catatanmu. - Sisihkan 10% waktumu untuk memeriksa ulang jawabanmu.
Periksa jawabanmu; hindari keinginan untuk segera meninggalkan kelas segera setelah kamu menjawab semua soal-soal ujian. Periksa lagi bahwa kamu telah menyelesaikan semua pertanyaan. Baca ulang jawabanmu untuk memeriksa ejaan, struktur bahasa dan tanda baca. Untuk jawaban matematika, periksa bila ada kecerobohan (misalnya salah meletakkan desimal). Bandingkan jawaban matematikamu yang sebenarnya dengan penghitungan ringkas. - Analisa hasil ujianmu.
Setiap ujian dapat membantumu dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk ujian selanjutnya. Putuskan strategi mana yang sesuai denganmu. Tentukan strategi mana yang tidak berhasil dan ubahlah. Gunakan kertas ujian sebelumnya ketika belajar untuk ujian akhir.

CARA MENANAM POHON JERUK PURUT, NIPIS, SANKIS, LIMO
Cara Menanam pohon jeruk purut nipis, jeruk sankis, jeruk limo, dan lain sebagainya, bagi yang tidak tahu teknik ini mungkin membingungkan, karena sebagian mereka yang sudah menanam pohon jeruk kebanyakan setelah pohon di tanam beberapa bulan atau beberapa tahun kemudian pohon jadi mati, kasus ini dijumpai akibat pohon jeruk tidak dirawat dan akhirnya terkena Virus. Virus di sini bukan virus AIDS HIV atau flu babi dan bukan juga Virus computer seperti conflicker, kangen, atau brontoks, atau virus HP nokia seperti Guardian. Tapi ini adalah virus yang menyerang pohon jeruk yang bisa mengakibatkan pohon menjadi kering dan akhirnya mati deh..
Berikut adalah langkah cara menanam pohon jeruk.
1. Baca doa dulu.
2. Siapkan Pohon jeruk bisa anda beli di tukang bibit, atau anda bisa memesan lewat toko online saya, bisa anda lihat di anakciremai.biz untuk pesan pohon jeruk klik di sini hehehe... Promosi..
3. Siapkan lahan untuk ditanami jeruk, misalnya kebun, halaman depan atau belakang rumah.
4. Atur dan ukur jarak pohon dengan luas tanah, dan jarak antar pohon 3-4 meter
5. Gali tanah ukuran lebar 1x1 meter dengan kedalaman 1 meter.
6. Masukan jerami atau daun-daunan kering kemudian bakar sampai menjadi abu. Berfungsi untuk membuang unsur hara dari tanah. Lebih bagus lubang di biarkan terbuka terkena matahari selama 1-2 minggu.
7. Masukan pasir kira-kira 10-20 cm. berfungsi untuk mempercepat akar berkembang.
8. Masukan tanah yang sudah di campur dengan dedak atau bekas penggilingan padi dan pupuk kandang. Misalnya kotoran ayam atau kotoran kambing. Bisa juga ditambah dengan menggunakan pupuk NPK
9. Jika ada, setiap per-20 cm tumpukan tanah dikasih jerami. Ini berfungsi untuk mempercepat akar berkembang.
10. Tumpukan tanah harus lebih tinggi dari permukaan tanah kira-kira 20-40 cm.
11. Buka plastic/polybag hati-hati jangan sampai akar patah.
12. Sebelum dimasukan ke dalam galian, cari akar tunggal jeruk tersebut, kemudian potong sedikit menggunakan gunting atau pemotong pohon. Ini berfungsi agar akar jeruk berkembang ke samping.
13. Masukan bibit jeruk di atas galian. Dan tutup dengan tanah.
14. Buat parit/saluran air di sekitar pohon kira-kira 1 meter dari batang pohon.
15. Kemudian siram, dan berdoalah supaya tumbuh bagus.
Perawatan:
Untuk merawat pohon jeruk adalah yang paling mudah namun paling ribet dilakukan karena butuh ketelitian dan keuletan.
1. Penyiraman
Lakukan penyiraman setiap pagi dan sore jika masih dalam taham pertumbuhan, jika sudah tumbuh bisa dilakukan 1-3 hari sekali.
Saat menyiram pohon, air JANGAN terkena batang pohon, siramlah tanah di sekitar batang saja.
2. Pemupukan
Lakukan pemukukan saat pohon berumur di atas 5 bulan dan setelah itu lakukan setiap 3-4 bulan sekali, dengan menggunakan pupuk Urea, KCL, dan TSP. lebih bagus jika menggunakan pupuk organic.
3. Saat buah pertama.
Saat pohon jeruk pertama kali berbuah, kira-kira sebesar ibu jari lakukan pembuangan dengan perbandingan 1:3 maksudnya jika buah jeruk dalam satu batang terdapat 10 biji maka yang dibuang adalah 7 dan dibiarkan besar adalah 3 buah. Ini berfungsi untuk mengontrol pertumbuhan berikutnya. Saat membuang buah jangan menggunakan tangan atau dipetik tapi gunakan alat pemotong ranting. Potonglah pada rantingnya.
4. Perawatan batang pohon,
Ini yang paling penting dari merawat jeruk. Jaga dan bersihkan batang pohon paling bawah jangan sampai terkena air atau semut. Dengan cara melapnya dengan kain berbahan kaos yang basah, gosok sampai batang pohon benar-bener bersih, tapi jangan sampai warna kulit dalam pohon yang berwarna hijau tergores.
Hindari pohon dari serbuan semut atau serangga lainnya. Ini berfungsi untuk menghindari gangguan dari virus yang bisa membuat pohon jeruk jadi kering dan mati.
5. Memotong ranting
Saat memotong ranting jangan sekali-kali menggunakan tangan atau alat yang bisa membuat jeruk terluka. Gunakan pemotong batang pohon agar batang pohon tidak infeksi.

Berikut adalah langkah cara menanam pohon jeruk.
1. Baca doa dulu.

Perawatan:
Untuk merawat pohon jeruk adalah yang paling mudah namun paling ribet dilakukan karena butuh ketelitian dan keuletan.
1. Penyiraman
Lakukan penyiraman setiap pagi dan sore jika masih dalam taham pertumbuhan, jika sudah tumbuh bisa dilakukan 1-3 hari sekali.
Saat menyiram pohon, air JANGAN terkena batang pohon, siramlah tanah di sekitar batang saja.
2. Pemupukan
Lakukan pemukukan saat pohon berumur di atas 5 bulan dan setelah itu lakukan setiap 3-4 bulan sekali, dengan menggunakan pupuk Urea, KCL, dan TSP. lebih bagus jika menggunakan pupuk organic.
3. Saat buah pertama.
Saat pohon jeruk pertama kali berbuah, kira-kira sebesar ibu jari lakukan pembuangan dengan perbandingan 1:3 maksudnya jika buah jeruk dalam satu batang terdapat 10 biji maka yang dibuang adalah 7 dan dibiarkan besar adalah 3 buah. Ini berfungsi untuk mengontrol pertumbuhan berikutnya. Saat membuang buah jangan menggunakan tangan atau dipetik tapi gunakan alat pemotong ranting. Potonglah pada rantingnya.
4. Perawatan batang pohon,
Ini yang paling penting dari merawat jeruk. Jaga dan bersihkan batang pohon paling bawah jangan sampai terkena air atau semut. Dengan cara melapnya dengan kain berbahan kaos yang basah, gosok sampai batang pohon benar-bener bersih, tapi jangan sampai warna kulit dalam pohon yang berwarna hijau tergores.
Hindari pohon dari serbuan semut atau serangga lainnya. Ini berfungsi untuk menghindari gangguan dari virus yang bisa membuat pohon jeruk jadi kering dan mati.
5. Memotong ranting
Saat memotong ranting jangan sekali-kali menggunakan tangan atau alat yang bisa membuat jeruk terluka. Gunakan pemotong batang pohon agar batang pohon tidak infeksi.
